Damaged items must be
reported within 24 hours of delivery via email or by phone. A
replacement will be sent after we receive the damaged merchandise.
Allergic reactions must be reported within 7 days of delivery. An
on-line credit will be applied to customers account after we receive
the returned product that gave the reaction.
We do
not give refunds, however we will give an on-line store credit in
the event of an allergic reaction reported within 7 days of the
product delivery.
All
returned items should be sent back in the original product package (ie..
boxed lotions and face dreams) and in the original shipping box with
all forms completed for any applicable credit. Please note original
shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.
Replacement items damaged will be shipped out free of charge. |

In
stock items usually ship within 48 hours and are sent UPS Ground.
Limited promotion will allow for free shipping in the United States
excluding Alaska & Hawaii. These promotions will be mentioned when
in effect. Most deliveries will take about 4 to 7 days,
excluding holidays.
In
the case of a backorder, your credit card may be charged and we will
ship the entire order excluding the backordered item. The backorder
item will be shipped as soon as possible free of charge. When you
are notified of a backorder item you may cancel that item by
contacting us if you have been charged for it 24 hours after
notification.
Verde' Maison reserves the right to reduce the amount of refund by
our standard shipping fees in the event that item(s) canceled
lower required sub-totals below promotional "free shipping"
requirements.
